Alfred Gescheidt's 1964 World's Fair

I wanted to document this ‘win’ for Team Alfred.

In November 2013 The Smithsonian approached Jack about using one of Al’s iconic shots taken at the 1964 World’s Fair  IBM Pavilion 

Richard Gilbert ( who is storing Al’s Archive in Ossining )  was able to locate the original negative. 

Jack made a high resolution scan and mailed it off.

Eventually we got a confirmation email with a picture of Al’s print installed at the Smithsonian.  

I believe the exhibit is scheduled to run 2 years.
